Before we begin full production, you will receive a character model preview of your pet and a short story direction summary. This step ensures we are aligned on how your pet will look and the emotional direction of the film.
Once you confirm the preview, the visual identity and story direction are locked. Revisions after this point focus on refinement — not changing the core creative direction.
Why this matters: you see what we see before we invest full production time. For both sides, this is the foundation of trust.

A revision round covers one pass of changes on up to three items (e.g. music + one scene refinement + text tweak). Multiple items bundled into a single request count as one round.
